EYC News - March 2008
Singing at Sunrise! No, we don‚t mean early in the morning (whew!). We mean the nursing care facility. Every other week, our Lay Eucharistic Ministers lead a short service at the Sunrise Assisted Living facility just down the road from St. Thomas. At February‚s meeting at the Alexander‚s, the EYC voted that they would like to attend the service at the Sunrise facility on Easter Sunday (March 23), if that date works, and join the LEM and the seniors in worship and celebration. We will be in touch in the next few weeks to get this organized.
