PARMESAN CRISPS: Easy to make low-carb appetizer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese. Use large holes of the grater. Pre-packaged shaved- not shredded also works!
  • 1 Tbsp Morton & Bassett Everything Sprinkle seasoning (or 1 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp white sesame seeds, 1 tsp black sesame seeds, ½ tsp dried minced garlic, ½ tsp dried minced onion combined)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a Tablespoon make 12 rounded piles of Parmesan on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake until the cheese has melted and they start to turn golden 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and Immediately sprinkle the Everything seasoning over the
    crisps. Press lightly to set.
  6. Let cool a bit and serve! Best right out of the oven, but may be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
