The Church database allows everyone to update their own information. If you’re not already a member you can request to join. This is NOT a public accessible resource. Only other parishioners can see your contact information in the directory (Name, phone email etc). Only YOU (and the Parish Administrator, the Accountant and the Stewardship Chair) can see the status of you giving.

 

Getting to the Database

Click on the gold button labeled “Members” in the upper right corner.

If this is the first time you’ve been here, or if you have forgotten your password or username – click on the “forgot password” link.

Enter your email address or username and a new password will be emailed to you.

Your username by default is “firstname.lastname”. NOTE that there is a period between them.

If you SEE this message: “No users with that username/email were found” your email address is not in the system.

 

If you do not have an email on file, contact the Parish administrator (Rishabh; rishabh.bajekal@stthomasmcleanva.org). 

 

Once you log in you will see the landing page.

On your profile page (to get here from everywhere but the landing page, click on the circle with your initials in the top right hand corner).

 

Click the EDIT to update your information.

 

 

In the EDIT page – you can change your contact information.

Best of all – you can upload a picture of yourself.

Notes

1. Birthday must be entered in a MM/DD/YYYY format. ONLY the month and day is PUBLIC. Your age is NOT public.
2. Giving data from years prior to 2016 has yet to be organized into pledge campaigns. It is still in the system – you can see it in your historical giving.

 

MOBILE ACCESS

There is a church office online app (iOS and android). You will need the domain for our church “stthom” your user name and password. It has the directory (which you can search!) and calendar access.
