Hawaiian Beans and Franks Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple (1 lb., 4 oz.)
  • 2 T. finely chopped onion
  • 2 T. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 T. catsup/ketchup
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) baked beans
  • 1 lb. (8-10) franks, sliced into 1” pieces

Directions:

  1. Drain the pineapple well. 
  2. Combine all ingredients into 2-qt. casserole dish. 
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

Serves 8-10.
