Hawaiian Beans and Franks Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple (1 lb., 4 oz.)
- 2 T. finely chopped onion
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 1 T. catsup/ketchup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 cans (16 oz.) baked beans
- 1 lb. (8-10) franks, sliced into 1” pieces
Directions:
- Drain the pineapple well.
- Combine all ingredients into 2-qt. casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
Serves 8-10.
